AHDB Debt Recovery requirements

This was a direct award against framework RM6226 Lot 6 for AHDB's Debt Resolution requirements. Requirements were (but not limited to): AHDB requirements for the provision of legal services in the United Kingdom are in relation to: (a) Civil actions to obtain payment of statutory levy due to the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board ('AHDB'); (b) Civil actions to obtain payment of other debts due to AHDB; (c) Criminal actions in relation to offences under the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board Order 2008 relating to the collection of levy
