815 - Contract for the provision of Consultancy Services to support the creation of a new national organisation with NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit

The System Transformation service line has requested the support of the Non-Clinical Procurement Team to complete a procurement activity to support the creation of a new national organisation within health and social care.

Approval was sought to award the contract to Health HR UK Ltd for a maximum call off contract value of £95,000.00 Exc. VAT, following a procurement process that was compliant with the appropriate Standing Financial Instructions (SFIs). The contract is expected to be delivered within 12 months from commencement, an allowance and option has been made to extend the contract term for an additional 3 months if required. The maximum contract term is 15 months from commencement.
