(NU/1854) Design Team Services for The Newcastle Hub for Digitally-Enabled Care Everywhere Project

Description

This contract is a call-off from the Construction Professional Services Framework Agreement for the North-Eastern Universities EFM2020NE -Lot 3 and consists of Design Team Services for The Newcastle Hub project including: Architect (including role as Design Lead); Civil/Structural Engineer; Building Services Engineer; Landscape Architect; BIM Information Manager in CDE; Acoustic/Vibration Engineer; Planning Consultant; Interior Designer; Lift Engineer. The appointment is made on the basis of receiving budget approval for subsequent RIBA Design phases. The initial appointment is up to and including RIBA Stage, further appointment Stage 3 -7 is dependant on funding and may not proceed. The contract term may vary in accordance with these stages and subsequent appointment, up to a maximum of a four year term (03/03/2027) Additional information: The appointment is made on the basis of receiving budget approval for subsequent RIBA Design phases. The initial appointment is up to and including RIBA Stage (£252408.50). Further appointment Stage 3 -7 is dependant on funding and may not proceed. The contract term may vary in accordance with these stages and subsequent appointment, up to a maximum of a four year term (03/03/2027)
