## Description

Including but not limited to: - Full review of contract spend to identify efficiencies and savings - Full review of budget to complete a cost optimisation exercise - linked to contract work, also focused on reducing/consolidating our applications and simplifying how we do things - Review of cyber security spend to ensure value for money and get comparison to other local authorities in terms of planned activity - Support and guidance around our emerging AI Centre of Excellence - Inform development of future Customer Service operating model, including procurement of new telephony platform and optimisation of the service
