The Provision of Litigation Services

Scottish Water wishes to engage a number of legal firms regulated by the Law Society of Scotland to support Scottish Water's in-house legal team to deliver a range of litigation services to Scottish Water and its subsidiaries.

Scottish Water intends to award contracts under this framework through 5 services. They are as follows: •The Provision of Litigation Services •The Provision of Alternative Dispute Resolution Services •The Provision of Employment Advice and Litigation Services •The Provision of Health & Safety Advice and Litigation Services •The Provision of Debt Recovery Litigation Services
