To ensure that the District's network of foodbanks and preventive, membership-based food organisations (such as food pantries, co-ops, social supermarkets and FoodsaverTM organisations) continue to meet the food needs of people and households in financial crisis during quarters 3 & 4 of 2022-23, October 2022-March 2023.
