## Description

Footpath Works - St Richards Public Open Space - Phase 1 - Works consist of constructing a new footpath 190m length footpath 2m wide which links in with an existing box culverted footpath\. Associated works will include the replacement of a concrete plinth for bin mounting, improving the access into the Open Space off Forest Gate housing development & reshaping bunds with any excess sub-base material\.
