## Description

The provider will deliver the Community Leadership Programme over 10-12 weekly sessions using a face-to-face delivery model \(or at least majority sessions being face to face\)\. The provider is required to collaborate with the VRN and OPCC to deliver a Community Leadership Programme Showcase event to enable participants to share their learning and is required to compliment group delivery sessions with individual and/or group coaching sessions during the delivery of the Programme\.
