The University requires tenderers to provide Planned and Reactive Electrical work across the University portfolio.

This includes but not limited to;

•Lighting Alterations •Socket Installations / Reconfiguration •Diversion of wiring •Investigation Work •Fire Alarm Replacement •Emergency Lighting Repairs and Replacements. •Installation work. •Acting as a Principal Contractor or Small Works Projects.
