Temporary Accommodation - Expression of Interest

Thurrock Council is planning to go out to tender to appoint suitably experienced and skilled letting agents to source, let and manage short and long term accommodation.

As part of this Expression of Interest exercise, the Council is seeking to understand the marketplace to inform the upcoming tender process. At this stage there is no guarantee of business from the Council with this simply being a market test.
