## Description

Further Competition under ESPO Framework 390\_15 Electronic Document Scanning Solutions Lot 1 West Midlands Pension Fund \(the Fund\) require a 6 month contract for the scanning of old microfiche files\. There are approx\. 250,000 files which need to be scanned into an electronic format to ensure compliance with the new General Data Protection Regulation \(GDPR\) Act in May 2018\. Additional information: This was a furhter competition under the ESPO Framework 390\_15 Electronic Document Scanning Solutions Lot 1\.
