Elstree UTC Landscape Works

The Contractor is required to undertake external landscaping works at the existing premises of Elstree UTC, Studio Way, Borehamwood WD6 5NN. The scope of works is primarily new landscaping and safeguarding elements within the grounds. A new 2.4 high perimeter fence, associated gates, alterations to existing intercom and CCTV are required. A vehicle turning circle to the rear entrance is proposed as well as a new multi-use game area (MUGA) with associated drainage and surface levelling. A Design Brief will be provided. The successful Contractor will be required to complete the design and detailing of the works.
