## Description

UCA has acquired two under-utilised office buildings in Epsom, Surrey and plans are in progress for upgrading and converting the buildings for use as teaching and research facilities\. Therefore, the university requires professional consultancy services to undertake PM and QS services\. These are treated as separate lots, however bidders are invited to bid for one or both services\. In the event of a bid for both services, the bidder is required to declare if any discount or economies of scale will be offered to the client in the event of successful bids\.
