London Borough of Sutton is seeking Fire Consultancy Services to review proposals and carry out suitable and sufficient site surveys to establish if the proposals are compliant with current fire statutory requirements. There are approx. 2200 individual items of work included in the Appendix D Fire Stopping Proposals and 236 No. fire riser doors in the Appendix E proposal. \r The brief includes for checking against each item. \r \r The successful bidder will be provided with access to electronic detailed floor plans with each work item shown as a separate item with photos and descriptions of the works. This should allow a proportion of the surveys to be done via desktop.
