## Description

The supplier will undertake research to understand the drivers and barriers to business customers' use of the Business Tax Account \(BTA\)\. The findings will inform HMRC about the factors that motivate and influence customer channel choice, in relation to their business tax affairs, as well as inform future improvements to the BTA and other HMRC online tax accounts\.
