The council IT service needs to effectivelu underpin the business as useral operations and future vision by providing: Fit for purpose day-to-day IT support services. resilient, reliable systems and infrastructure, enabeling council services to provide consistant excelent customer experience. IT business solutions and systems to support and sustain the future business transformation initiatives. An IT service that is able to support the councils digital transformation and customer access objectives. It is anticipated that this work will be dilivered over 4 stages. This commission invites a proposal for stage 2a. Stage 1 : IT health check Stage2a Development of Strategy and Implementation Plan, including design and business case for a renewed data centre and implamentation of quick wins identified in stage 1. Stage 2b Development of IT Strategy 3, Stage 2 Deliverables
