## Description

The University has a tender opportunity to appoint a contractor to work under a fixed term, fixed price contract for the refurbishment of up to 6 communal kitchens at the David Moxon Annexe Student Residence \(178 bed facility\) and of up to 4 communal kitchens at the Chantry Student Residence \(203 bed facility\)\. Please note that the University may decide to vary the number of kitchens to be completed by up to 50% depending on budget availability\. Bidders are invited to submit a response to the requirements set out in the ITT\.
