## Description

Cheshire East Council \(CEC\) are required under the Homelessness Reduction Act 2018 to provide temporary accommodation for vulnerable homeless households\. The accommodation must be suitable and in reasonable condition for occupation and as such, we have a requirement to clean these premises\.
