## Description

The regeneration of the Spring Gardens area of Tewkesbury is a priority ambition for both the Council and the local community\. The area under consideration, situated to the rear of the High Street in Tewkesbury, provides an exciting regeneration opportunity to create a mixed use development to deliver the wider economic, social and environmental ambitions for the Town Centre\. A redevelopment of this area will not only provide functional elements to support the existing High Street but also give an opportunity to add additional, complimentary, retail and restaurant provision as well as increasing the residential offering in this key town centre site\.
