## Description

The Council requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced single Supplier to provide an on-site service to all its compaction equipment at 13 sites covering both:\\r • planned preventative maintenance \(PPM\) \\r and,\\r • reactive maintenance \(RM\) \\r The scope of the services required includes provision of:\\r • All labour, including management supervision and overheads;\\r • Travel time and mileage costs;\\r • Equipment, tools and materials;\\r • Sourcing and supply of parts;\\r • A web-based recording system to generate and provide reports of work carried out including costs and parts, and machine condition reports following each service or repair visit\.\\r • Remote Council access via any internet enabled device to the Supplier's web-based system\.\\r \\r The contract has the following service delivery components:\\r • a planned scheduled delivery of a defined service \(PPM\)\\r • an undefined, but planned delivery of scheduled work \(RM planned\)\\r • an undefined and unplanned delivery of work \(RM reactive\)\.
