Apprenticeship Provider

Description

Guinness wish to appoint up to five training providers for the provision of a range of Apprenticeship qualifications on a national level via the Apprenticeship Levy. The contract is to provide existing and new staff with Apprenticeship training. The Skills Funding Agency requires Apprenticeship Training paid for from the apprenticeship levy to be paid via the Digital Account, therefore providers are required to be successfully registered on the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP). Bidders that aren't currently registered on RoATP are required to demonstrate how they will be registered for the start of this contract. Should a Bidder be successful and they fail to register on RoATP in time for the start of the contract, Guinness reserves the right to amend the contract award decision and award to the next compliant Bidder.
