The scope of work will include stakeholder engagement, international benchmarking, analysis of competitor sets, vision positioning, future trends analysis and marketing channel recommendations\. An executive summary and a visually accessible version of the final work will be created, providing us with a Sussex Story that will also appeal to funders and stakeholders, enabling us to sustainably grow the Sussex visitor economy\.
