Boarding Up and Locksmith Services

Description

The force requires boarding up services to secure insecure properties. This means the force can manage resources appropriately and avoid tying up officers to 'guard' properties until the owner or landlord can be identified and accept their legal responsibilities to secure the property. There is currently a contract in place (CN1002658) which has had all extension options used, so a new provision is required.
