## Description

Cumbria County Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Framework Partner to work with CCC, to undertake the design and associated works for the demolition of former Greengarth EPH \(unoccupied\) and Skirsgill Laboratory \(unoccupied\) both located in Penrith\. Skirsgill Laboratory is adjoined to another building, it is just laboratory to be demolished\.
