Citrix Licence Renewal and Technical Resource Management

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Provider (the Provider) to deliver support and maintenance of its Citrix based Virtual Desktop and Virtual Application environment and associated services which expires on 19 December 2021. The Council requires an experienced Citrix Platinum Partner to support with the renewal of these Citrix support agreements. For full requirements, please see www.yortender.co.uk reference DN572052. If required beyond Year 1 the Citrix Endpoint Management Service Device Licences for Years 2 and 3 can also be renewed under this contract. The proposed contract will be for an initial duration of three (3) years with a possible three (3) twelve (12) month extensions. The Council reserves the right to amend the scope of the support requirement for the extension period.
