Demolition of Carnavon House and associated structures in Clacton on Sea.\r \r With reference to site plan and asbestos demolition report, demolish and \r remove from site all arisings the building known as Carnavon House.\r Structure to be removed 200mm below finish floor level. \r Voids to ground level to be graded to adjacent levels with compacted type \r 1 aggregate. \r \r Asbestos to be removed by licensed contractor, appointed by principle \r contractor. Principle contractor to include for all costs associated with \r notification removal, air monitoring and proving client with relevant \r certification upon completion . \r \r The site encompasses a 3 story building originally constructed c1960/70s. \r The structure comprises of RC frame incorporating masonry infill.
