GB-London: Employee Engagement Survey

Description

The General dental Council (GDC) is inviting tenders for the provision of Employee Engagement Survey. The GDC is committed to fostering an inclusive, high-performing organisational culture where employees' voices are actively valued and engagement is embedded at all levels. As part of this commitment, the GDC seeks to undertake a comprehensive employee engagement survey to establish a baseline for understanding staff sentiment, motivation, and perceptions of the workplace environment. The appointed supplier will be responsible for the end-to-end design, delivery and analysis of the GDC's employee engagement survey. The service will be inclusive, accessible and compliant with all relevant data protection and ethical standards. The high-level scope of services will include, but is not limited to the following: - Survey design and delivery - Data analysis and reporting - Training and capacity building The Contract is expected to commence in September 2025 and will have an initial term of 12 months. The Contract may be extended for up to two additional periods of 12 months each. The maximum total duration of the contract is 3 years.
