EHRC 1718-19 Assessing the effectiveness of the Public Sector Equality Duty specific duties in Scotland

The PSED consists of the general equality duty, supported by specific duties which are imposed by secondary legislation and which came into force in May 2012. This project will assess the extent to which three different elements of the specific duties in Scotland - outcomes, employee information and pay gaps - are delivering change, both within public authorities and for service users.
