## Description

To provide a consistent and high-quality experience to all customers of West Northamptonshire Council \(WNC\) it is necessary for all WNC customer contact hubs to have access to customer information across the geographical area and across all services Central Northampton, Towcester and Daventry\. Additional information: Contract has been awarded via the G-Cloud 12 Framework and carries a term length of 24months with two options to extend of 12 months x 12 months\.
