Work description
Defra's Application Feasibility Review (October - Jan 23) The assessment defined from Phase A will be delivered and include: - A thorough assessment of both Trader and IMIS applications - A thorough re view of each application at a component / system level which will highlight: - Risks to service (Such as EOL systems / components) - Integration risks / requirements of changes to either application, and their impact on other systems - Recommendations and options to mitigate identified risks - Any risks or issues that have no clear remediation path - Costs for delivering each recommendation (Phase C)
Outcome of the Feasibility Review is owned by Defra and we shall use it to run a competition for the next phase. (Hence, Defra to own the IPR of the Feasibility report).
