Interim Evaluation of National Lottery Audience Projects Fund - AWARD

Description

The BFI is seeking a contractor with the appropriate knowledge and expertise to undertake an interim evaluation of the National Lottery Audience Projects Fund during the first Funding Plan period 2023-2026. The aim of this evaluation is to ascertain the effectiveness of the Fund through a Process evaluation. The evaluation should also provide data, evidence and leading indicators against all areas of the logic model, including Strategic Outcomes to show progress towards achieving outcomes and emerging impacts. The findings will inform planning for the next National Lottery Funding Plan period 2026-2029. The interim evaluation will cover the first 18-24 months of the Fund since launching in November 2022 and cover the following financial years: the remainder of 2022/2023, 2023/2024 and part of 2024/25 to include awardee reporting up until August 2024. Approximately 65 awards have been approved since April 2023 and we will have final reports for all awards with activity taking place in 2023-24 by July 2024.
