Consultancy in Development of a Managed Services Strategy

OS is going through a period of strategic change and is seeking to utilise its reputation, capabilities, and strengths, cultivated through its experience of mapping the UK, to diversify and offer managed services in new markets. OS is requesting quotes for consultancy to produce a Managed Service Strategy.

OS is looking for a trusted, specialist Service advisor. The approach to defining the strategy will involve working collaboratively with OS to harness our internal expertise, with the supplier adding specialist Service and Strategy guidance. Explicitly, OS does not want a consultancy to deliver a strategy to OS, but to take ownership of a collaborative approach to produce a strategy including production of the final deliverable.
