Partners Procurement Service \("PPS"\) on behalf of the Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust \("the Authority"\) issued this invitation to tender \("ITT"\) in connection with the competitive procurement of Provision of Cost Consultancy Services Services\.
