## Description

A MOU has been put in place between NHS England and NICE\. The NICE Managed Access team will work in partnership with NHS England Medicines Value ad Access directorate to successfully deliver the managed access schemes \( cancer drug fund and innovative medicines fund\)\. This has been procured through Regulation 12\(7\)\.
