## Description

North Hertfordshire District Council requires quotations for the lease, supply, installation, and maintenance of nine \(9\) Multi-Functional Devices \(MFDs\) across four sites, together with print management software, inclusive consumables, training, and support\. The contract shall deliver:  Secure, reliable, and efficient printing \(mono and colour\)\.
  On-premise print management software with Active Directory integration, secure release, scan-to-me, and departmental reporting\.
  All-inclusive service and consumables \(service, parts, toner, staples, delivery, installation, training\)\.
  Strong SLAs with ≥99% uptime and prompt resolution targets\.
  Sustainability measures including recycled materials, toner recycling, and CO₂ reporting
