## Description

This exercise is being undertaken via our electronic tendering portal 'The Chest' https://procontract\.due-north\.com\\r Ref: DN717236\\r \\r Blackpool's Occupational Health Service provides a range of services to all departments within the authority, including schools\. We also provide services to other small local authorities, wholly owned companies, Academies and ad-hoc requests from small businesses\. \\r \\r We require a specialist OHP \(minimum Member of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine \(MFOM\) in order to assist with our in-house nurse-led service in order to achieve a full range of services\. This will include:\\r - regular attendance for on-site clinic sessions\\r - HAVS surveillance & ill health retirement\\r - providing written instructions for administration of Flu & Hep B vaccinations\\r - Clinical governance & policy development advice\\r \\r The original contract term is 12 months \(with 3 x 12 month options to extend\)
