The Growth Company Expression of Interest - GMCA GMIRS Personal Wellbeing and Integration Service

The Growth Company welcomes Expressions of Interests (EOI) from delivery partners for our bid for the Personal Wellbeing and Integration service commissioned by Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA).

The Growth Company currently delivers four Personal Wellbeing contracts for the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) HMPPS in the North West and Yorkshire. We also deliver Information Advice and Guidance (IAG) provision within prisons in Manchester and Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Cheshire (GMMC) and ETE and Activity Hub contracts for MOJ in Yorkshire and Humber. Our charity Recovery Works supports integrated substance misuse recovery services across the North of England.

The Growth Company are looking for organisations with experience of delivering similar services.

We are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from VCSE/Specialist Organisations (as per GMCA's requirement) with:

• Successful current or previous delivery of relevant Personal Wellbeing support. • Knowledge and understanding of the target cohort and/or localities. • Capability in delivering a range of services via a Hub, or specific/specialist aspects of it. • Existing services, infrastructure, and relationships in one or more GM district.

The EOI document pack includes: • GC EOI - GMCA IRS Personal Wellbeing May 2023 - Expression of Interest Instructions, Questionnaire, and Scoring Criteria - for completion and submission by the stated deadline • GMCA 600 Wellbeing and Integration Services Specification

The deadline for submission of the required documents is: 10:00am on Monday 5th June 2023.
