## Description

St Helens Borough Council has a requirement for an integrated and seamless service for the provision of a '0-19 Healthy Child Programme' due to start in September 2021\.The successful Bidder will promote the very best health and care for children and young people aged 0 - 19 in St Helens \(0-25 for YP with SEND\), meeting local need through the provision of services at universal, universal plus and universal partnership plus in line with the requirements of the Healthy Child Programme \(HCP\)\.
