## Description

Devon County Council \(DCC\) requires a Service contract for a prepaid closed-loop voucher solution in order to issue free school meal vouchers to eligible families in Devon\. This is a nil-cost contract to DCC\. Funds are received from central Government and subsequently distributed to qualifying recipients as voucher codes that can be spent in a range of supermarkets, thereby helping to combat child poverty in the region\.
