## Description

DfE has appointed the Supplier as a Dynamics 365 partner to work with the Infrastructure and Platform \(IP\) division to pro-vide Dynamics technical and delivery capability to deliver Agile, Government Digital service \(GDS\) aligned services through: Discovery, Alpha and Beta phases on a call-off basis\. The Supplier may need to supply resource capacity that is both inside and outside IR35 to increase delivery capacity as embedded developers within the Buyers internal teams or deliver whole solutions independently depending on the project requirements and timescales\.
