Lodge letting and Management Services 2017-22

The Royal Parks (TRP) is inviting tenders for the provision of Lodge Letting and Management Services. The Contract duration will be 5 years.

TRP manages eight of London’s Royal Parks – St James’s Park, The Green Park, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, The Regent’s Park (& Primrose Hill), Greenwich Park, Richmond Park and Bushy Park. It is also responsible for managing a number of other areas including Brompton Cemetery, Victoria Tower Gardens, and Grosvenor Square Gardens.

TRP’s lodges are set in some of the most unique locations for London living. Living in a Royal Park is not like living anywhere else and we expect our letting agent partners to share our enthusiasm and respect for the parks.

This role includes the letting, management and internal maintenance of 26 residential lodges within the Royal Parks. TRP permits lodges within the parks to be residentially occupied under licence at open market License Fees. Additional lodges when they become available may be added to the portfolio during the term of the contract. For complex legal reasons, no leases can normally be granted within the Royal Parks, only licenses.
