## Description

Dudley MBC seeks to procure the services of Providers able to offer a 1-2-1 Essential Skills to participants of the Black Country Impact project\. The programme is aimed at eligible 15-29 year olds who live in the Black Country and are not in employment, education or training \(NEET\)\.
