Work description
It is recognised that we need high performing teams and colleagues to carry out the agency's work on behalf of DLUHC. In order for colleagues/teams to be high performing, productive and effective they need to understand themselves and others. The workshops are taken from the 'personal effectiveness' strand of the offer which is focused on increasing capability.
