## Description

Kingston upon Hull City Council \(the Authority\) is conducting the procurement using the Crown Commercial Services \(CCS\) framework \(RM6017\), Lot 2 further competition procedure, as required by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 \(SI 2015/102\) \(PCR 2015\), for the purpose of procuring mail merge software \(Postal solution\)\. All Suppliers on Lot 2 of the CCS RM6017 framework were invited to submit a bid\. Contract awarded for an initial 2 year period with the option to extend for a further 12 months, extention period would take the end date to 14/06/2025
