GB-Watford: Oxhey Park - Modular Storage Building

Tenders are to be invited for the design, supply, build and installation of a modular storage building, including all works necessary to prepare the site to house the new structure. Watford Borough Council is seeking a turnkey solution for the works outlined below: •Preliminary surveys and investigations •Modular building design development •Groundworks and construction of foundations. •Planning exemption under permitted development rights •Building regulations application •Minor landscaping and making good works •Modular building construction, delivery and installation •Power and water services connections •Storm water and grey water drainage connection works •Commissioning and handover

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. This Expression of Interest is for a modular storage building at Oxhey Park.
