## Description

NY Highways Limited \(NY Highways\) is seeking to put in place Agreements with one, or more than one, specialist training Suppliers, to ensure the NY Highways workforce possess the necessary degree of professional competency to meet statutory requirements for the range of services they provide\. This also includes professional qualifications from relevant accredited awarding bodies\. Two year initial term with three one-year optional extensions available\. This was the re-publication of tender 54005 for Lots 1 and 3 only\.
