Mechanical & Electrical services for planned preventative, statutory and reactive maintenance

Description

The London Borough of Bromley are seeking a provider for the periodic servicing and inspections, routine and responsive maintenance, repair and improvement of communal mechanical and electrical installations, located within its properties to meet its repairing obligations as a landlord. Providers will need to register their company with the portal at www.londontenders.org to ensure they are able to access and submit the relevant documents online. This contract is due to start 1st October 2021 for a period of 4 years. The Council estimates this contract to be valued at £1.120m
