PlanX is a content management system \(CMS\) for digital planning services\. It allows planning authorities to collaboratively build and maintain smart, data-powered rules as code planning services that make planning simpler, for everyone\. PlanX is being purchased as part of a project funded by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities \(DLUHC\), therefore there was no further competition with other suppliers
