Corserv Ltd on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd wishes to appoint an experienced and competent contractor to undertake roofing works, including the replacement of roof coverings, guttering / rainwater goods and facias / soffits to multiple bungalows at Carew Gardens, Saltash, Cornwall.

The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 60% Price and 40% Quality.
