DWP require an advanced survey tool, primarily for anonymously consulting the general public, but can be used internally too. The Citizen Space subscription is due for renewal in March 20. The tool currently has; - 321 registered and 265 active users, this number steadily growing. and - 132 consultations from 01/04/19 to date, 21 of which were public facing.

DWP needs a tool to effectively manage public consultations., We believe usage could be higher, but it is likely there is limited awareness of its availability - currently only advertised on 1 page of the intranet / 1 group and word of mouth.
